Manpower Malta is seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development Executive to join one of our prestigious clients in Malta, a top Destination Management Company (DMC). The ideal candidate is outgoing, proactive, and has a passion for promoting Malta as a destination. This role involves a high degree of independence, travel, and the ability to form strong relationships with international clients.

Job Responsibilities :

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and expand the company's reach within different segments of the business
• Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders from various cultures and backgrounds.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote Malta as a premier travel destination, showcasing its unique features to attract foreign clients.
• Travel : Willingness to travel for work to meet with clients and represent the company at international events and exhibitions.
• Team Collaboration : Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
• Communication : Communicate fluently in English (C2 level or native). Proficiency in other languages, especially French, Italian, and Spanish, is highly desirable.
• Independence : Work autonomously with minimal supervision while also being a supportive team player.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Outgoing and Friendly : Ability to form bonds quickly and make friends with anyone, anywhere.
• Proactive and Creative : Demonstrated ability to take initiative and propose creative solutions to attract new business.
• Reliable and Responsible : Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in handling tasks and representing the company.
• Language Skills : Fluency in English is a MUST (C2); additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of Malta : Deep knowledge and love of Malta, with a passion for promoting it as a travel destination.
• Travel Enthusiast : Willingness and interest in travelling for work.
